Perfectionist

My day at work is planned leaving space for the unforseen, working in an industry where urgency is of importance. My relationship with co-workers are good most of the time, Some days better the the other. I have learnt that communication and honesty is the key to success. I have also ventured into estimation of pipe line drawings. There was always ways to grow in the company and the most challenging aspects of my job was looking for the lost one cents at a time where the financials are due

Pros: room for growth
Cons: urgencies always get in the way of work leaving you to work late.

Excellent company to learn and adapt to new situations.

I've worked for FW on many projects in and out of SA. Worked on steel and fibreglass fabrication. Worked on vessels, did mechanical fitting, pipefitting, welding and boilermaking, manufacturing of transport cradles, pipe supports, factory maintenance, building and demolishing of machines. Housekeeping, managing stock levels.

Pros: Great company for gaining experience
Cons: Poor communication, poor pay, exploit employees keeping them on continuous month to month contract.
