Excellent Working Experience

My typical workday consist of overseasing various Project related jobs on site and in the manufacturing Department. Estimation, Cost Control, budgeting, Analysis Summary. Project Co-ordination. I have an excellent work Ethic and a great relationship with my fellowship co-workers. It has been an amazing journey with the current employee, travelling to neighbouring countries, overseeing work on site and closing up the jobs. The most challening aspect of my job is to accurately measure, cost, control and co-ordinate large Projects from difficult Clients. I have learnt that the utmost important factor is Succes in Construction is all about Teamwork.

Cons: not much upwith mobility

Excellent Work Experieince

Excellent Learning curvr

Lacks benifits, No room for growth. Management shows no respect for workers. Performance punishment a norm, without reward. Its forms part of an excellent training ground, but not to build a career. Type of work is limited. Qualification does not allow for an individual to be promoted.

Hard woker and enjoy

I am good man and always ask if i dnt understand. I got the feeling of being home and enjoying work all the time. Meeting new people and speaking on different that show the positive mind and experience of doscovering in life. I wich to share my knwowledge and learn new experience from your company. Thanks

Excellent learning curve

A typical day would be one where what you have planned to do will not be done as there are other issues or problems that crop up to be dealt with. Tight deadlines and a very pressurised environment where you will have maybe two or three things that are priority and need to be completed before you leave. It has been an excellent experience for me to gain generalist HR experience as I deal with everything from advertising right up to EE and the compilation of WSP/ATR.

Pros: Great exposure to generalist HR
Cons: Very stressful and pressurised and no room for growth
