Excellent learning curve

Working where I am is great opportunity for me as it helped me to expand my knowledge and experience in supervisory level and my collegues are very great,they are so passionate about their work and so dicepline and i have learned a lot as my company took me to its headquarters in Denmark to learn how they do teir work and they also keep sending guys from there to give us some new ideas to improve,the most challenging job but I enjoy is when i do the new development samples,i like it so much.

Pros: Opportunities for promotion and growth
Cons: Shift work
