My job is challenging because we used to do job new each and every month and is huge demand around the continent,actually we build trailers,petrol tanks of vehicles such as Amarok,colt,Ford,cross ETC.Accuracy makes a great deal of our quality product.The types of materials we utilize to produce is stainless steel,aluminium and mild steel.Work relationship is perfect with our fellow workers.

Pros: Training is provided when there is a necessity and if possible we get increase.
Cons: Long hours of work 195 hours a month

Supervisor

Design,drafting and supervising.Planning,control and quality control.Manufacturing.Cnc programming,job card printing and issuing.10 subordinates,3 bending operators,2 CNC punching machine programmers,6 spotwelders.

Pros: Good salary
Cons: No hope for promotion,unpleasant working environment.

Good achievement in terms of training

I worked in so many companies with different working environment,l am capable of what is expected of me especially for the job l'm applying for right now,l ve got compitent certificates and enough expirience to face any job challenge I come across

Pros: welder promotion on tig welding
Cons: 8.5 hours a day
