My passion is to be a part of the Human Resources team. To assist employees with problems, suggestions and questions means a great deal to me. What I have learnt in an HR position is that we're all only human at the end of the day and that everybody makes mistakes from time to time. I think the most challenging aspect of the HR department is to employ the right people, with the right skill and knowledge for the suitable position. Remember, HR is the root of any company.

Excellent learning curve to understand logistic.

Every day is something new to expect. I enjoyed learning about logistics and working with a global company. Speaking to people from different countries. Resolving issues. Having deadlines

Pros: The global aspect.
Cons: No credit where credit is due.
