FG LA Pasta recently its not in good condition to work for,poor management skills in so called Manager,some of them they can't speak even hear English (Italians),They dont believe in other nations,motivation they dont even know whats thats for their workers,Work load tis not bad,just poor management, Working as a team its the best with my co-workers

Career growth

Is a small company with limited chances of growth. Though it provides a great working environment, it doesn't have benefits like medical aid and provident fund, or house allowance. There's no security in terms of employment since the business doesn't do well at times, therefore we are always on the verge if losing our jobs. I haven't a lot of things within the manufacturing and quality industry and training that is provided regarding our processes and regulations in terms of food safety and hazards. I enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis and ensuring that they comply with the requirements. The challenges we face on a daily basis are customer complaints and staff refusing to follow instructions and basic hygiene rules
