• Assisting with Merchandiser Queries • General Office Duties and Admin Assistance • Call Centre with Orders and Queries • Customer Liaison (telephonically) • Data Capturing • Investigating Credit Claims • Switchboard duties • Monthly & Ad hock Reports • Compile Trackers ( track new products – orders placed) • Informing Reps and Customer of Out of stocks • Ensure Correct Discounts / Pricing is adhered to • Print Documents for Operation process • Liaise with suppliers, both local and international • Ensure filing is up to date. • Data gathering and collation of reports from various sources

Need to adapt to new working enviroment which is suitable for my family
Have to be on the ball to achieve desired results, a typical work day can be from a quite start to a morning to a flurry of work by midday, required work per day can change at any given time. My most positive is that I meet all types of people/customers all the time and this gives me experience on how to work with the different types of people. Building relationships is one of my best qualities. The most challenging aspect of my current job is planning and prepping for customers and it all changes when our clients requests new work to be done within that period.
Pros: with extra work load ability to adapt is an advantage
Cons: extra long hours which includeworking from home.

Excellent company but no room for growth
Big company but pays way less there is no room of improvement plus the work load is too much to be done by 1 person. We get half bonus mid year and second half end of the year
Pros: You good at what you do only no promotion
Cons: Long working hours
