Excellent leaning experience being debt collector

I am working for finance company very small company. I am early at work about 7 am planing my day as debt collector .My relationship is excellent with co workers never had bad environment at work among s us . As a debt collector you need to understand the customer life style and the problems they are facing and reason for no payments and build good understanding relationship with them. I enjoy helping customer to to arrangement to pay their debts and life good life without stressing of not paying their account and happy customers happy with all their account problems . Its coming to work and not knowing what to expect from customer over the phone and at same time helping them resolve the issues. Kind Regards

Excellent experience exceptional learning curve

I work for a financial services firm so atypical day a work includes processing of accounts for the various companies partnered with us. Each day we work at a very fast pace and under immense pressure which has now become a norm and second nature. As diverse and unique as we may all be, we all get along as co-worker and office humor flows all day. What I enjoy the most about my job is dealing with people, ensuring client satisfaction and providing a good service. The most challenging part part of my job has to be when we have system errors and having irate clients. I have now grown withing the company and have handled with confidence many of the daily challenges we face.

Good learning experience

Not a bad company to work for but no growth and benefits. Day to day Release credit and analysing account status. Approved and decline accounts. Affordability assessments on account. Fraud checks Review and checks credit risk.

Excellent challengers

I am working for finance company with at least 15 people in total very small company with 1% possible of any promotion . A typical work day is early at work prepare work calendar start work at 7 am 90% of my day on phone calling customer making payment arrangements and dealing with customer queries and problems . I have learned that very day got new challenges and that i am good in what i am doing seeing and hearing customer are happy after every call. I enjoy dealing with customer and solving there problems making our company service grow . My most challenging aspect of my job is making every customer happy and make our customer see the important of paying their accounts even if they got life challenging ahead . Kind Regards
