Supervisor of shift. daily safety meeting. Target selection( interview). First line maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipments. inspection of plant. Time management on SAP for subordinates. Doing SOPs with the team.

Pros: Great opportunity to career growth.
Cons: working 12hours shift when one colleague is not at work.

I learned about how chrome is manufactured, how to work under pressure and handling the pressure

I work mon- Friday(07:00-16:30).work weekend if required. I work stand by once a month.We work as a team at my department with one goal to achieve the set target per day.

Pros: I'm having mjy N6 diploma in mechanical engineering
Cons: I work 12 hours
