Learning curve

It is a hectic production unit of 3 45MVA furnaces. It is almost a family atmosphere where everyone knows one another. I am suppossed to start at 07h30 but I preferred coming in at 06h00 so that I can meet night shift, morning shift as well as afternoon shift when I knock out at 17h00. Lots of opportunities to improve ourselves, through systems improvement as well as training of team leaders as well as surbodinates below.
