Implementation of New HRIS. GRC policy implementation

A,typical work day, assisting employees with human resources administration queries. Capture leave forms etc. Filing, booking training. Attend Production meetings on Monday morning. Planning meeting Wednesday. Typing minutes of WE meetings. On boarding if new staff. What I haven't learned, is being challenged at top level management meeting. I need growth I'm striving. What I've learned was the he's HRIS implementation group and the Health and safety champion responsibility. Employee relations. , reason bring you deal with 350 women on a daily basis who have different personalities, expectations and entitlement issues. At the end it the day of all went well than I feel good.

Pros: exposure to different cultures. especially the international clients
Cons: languange barrier and time difference across countries

Plastic blow moulding experience

Extensive interpersonal relationship. Responsibility of whole production during shift. Chance to train apprentices. Add blow moulding experience on my carreer.
