Excellent learning curve

I have acquired the skill of working independently on test equipment (electrical apparatus) and obtaining desirable/required results. The practical training offered by the company have helped me in clearing most of the grey areas that were not clear enough while I was doing my theory studies at Vaal university of Technology. I have gained more insight when it comes to the different metering models that the company provides to the communities and how they are maintained. Through attending different courses the company have organised I’ve gained knowledge on fault finding on different equipment and how they can be maintained. My presence at the company have helped to learn about interdependent schemes where I got to interact with other individuals together achieving the same goal. Through the experience I got I'm confident to say I’ll be a great asset to the company or any electrical engineering company.

Excellent learning curve

Its good to work in this Company, I enjoy mostly In December when we close for the holidays. I also enjoy not working on the weekends and holidays. I have good relationship with my co- workers. I have learnt many things about Administration and Reception. My job is not stressful as long as I meet my dead lines. My job sometimes can be challenging when my boss didn't pay the workers in time, it will be my duty to communicate with my Boss on behalf of the workers. If the workers are stressed, I'm stressed too.

Pros: Great opportunity to build yourself as a human being
Cons: Offices not in vicinity, it is situated in a farm
