Good environment and great platform for learning

when I got here I knew nothing about call centres but had good customer relations, got here and worked the night shift which was full of competition and fun, time would fly and we wouldn't feel like we were at work. we all got along well and hosted team building gatherings. I then switched to the day shift for financial reasons, the day shift was more tense and people did not get along as we did in the night shift, work started being a drag because one would feel isolated. things got better but it still was not the night shift.

Pros: good place for gaining experience
Cons: no motivation to stay

Good lerner

For me its a good thing to work with deferent correctors, coming to people who going to have a deferent view of whom you think you are. Working in a call center its a great experience for me. same times you will fined people giving hard times like really tough. but to me it comes up that this person is my job failing to handle this person right I didn't do my job. Handling people with a humble spirit make them to have no choice but come where you leading them. The moments I enjoy my self its when we meet the targets in time. The most challenging times its when you treated like other staff members, like being late than you are like one off those who doesn't care when to get to work.

Pros: great space for expiriance
Cons: Good working hours
