So i have gained experience

I have gained experience. I have learnt how to take measurements and levels. I have also learned to do team work. I have a very good relationship with the people i work with.

Pros: I might be promoted due to hard work
Cons: I have been working for almost 5 months now

Moderate learning curve

Working at fentech it was good but the only problem that i had is that we only go to work 2 weeks in a month sometimes we can stay at home for the whole month unless if they have a project and some of the guys have been working there for 5years and yet they have not yet been registered.i have a very good relationship with my co workers and my managers because if they have a project i am the first guy they call at steel section.

Pros: good for starters
Cons: you cant be able to get your self a trade test
