Tendering , Preparing quotations, doing follow up

To work with my current Company its was a very exciting moment in my life, each and every end of the day I will go home with something new that I learn along the way e. g -like how to make a relationship with your new client if you done a quotes for them. - When I get an order how to manage it with with my co-workers in the Manufacturing field - And to deliver the goods to my client also to make a follow up with the goods about is he happy or not. The things that i enjoy the most with my job is to do Tendering, seeing client , discussing challenges and good out come of the business.

Pros: eg, to get lot of sales end of the month
Cons: eg, not having flexible time

Answering switchboard and sales, e.g doing quotation assist to HR with wages.weekly doing filing

I work as a personal assistant with a Sales Director assisting with Tenders , Quotation, Receptionist, Marketing new business to the company and assisting with other employees during manufacturing as our company was manufacturing Office Furniture. My work was to communicate with all my co-workers as I was a sales lady. I learn to be come, being a good listener and take care of my customer.

Pros: Must know all your client.
Cons: as long asyou know evey customer and finish your job in time yiu wont have a problem
