We work on the dumping side where we weigh trucks in and out. The job in some how is a challenging job I only work for night shift o6h00 to 18h00. I learned a lot that I need to be active at all the time as I would be weighing trucks all night.

Pros: I wish I could be promoted and being permanent as we work under recruitment agency
Cons: I work 12 hours night for 4 days a week

Excellent learning curve, Experience, Fun

Such a great company to work for. I have learned so much and hope to stay longer with Fempower. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I would love to grow and learn more by working for them.

Excellent

I enjoy Working General Work because I do not have any skills. I did pass Matric and now I'm having National Senior Certificate. I'm a hard Work i always do have Passion on what I'm doing. I love what I'm doing every day and sometimes.

Good

Professionalism, respect, working environment... what I like most is the engagement of my team to they duty. The manager is applaud non-stop because of the positive results, and company grow.. financial and reputation.

Opportunity to learning more

I work with a lot of people walking in and out looking for jobs different types of culture but I have learned a lot in this field and I am still learning eg being patient, understanding we not the same, learning listen and speak after hearing the problem. kind Regards

Good learning curve in a work industry

I love working i8team. My colleague are very good people to work with. I learned that work in teams can achieve good results and trust among employees within the company. I enjoye most when everyone is happy within the organization and my challenge is working with people who do not respect their job and don't take their job seriously
