Good company, job security. Perks and salaries are not good, the appraisal system needs work. Senior management are poor, always changing. Some Employees are required to work outside their job descriptions and hard work is not rewarded.

Empathy, understanding and listening

working on claims department administrating claims process payment estimating / assessing and process PD's and TTD'S. Payment of medical expense including funeral expenses. I have learnt to love people and to be more patient with them and not to jump into conclusion. I enjoy the fact that on a daily basis I make change to ones life irrespective of how small it is but I know I do bring a smile. The most challenging part is when you want information and all the parties involve are not forthcoming

Pros: since I have a lot of people started before me I dont really think there's any possible at this moment not unless the company may create another area of work
Cons: working hours are more convenient
