Relationship with co workers is good. Understanding is good. Time management is good and essential. Attention to detail is excellent. Learned to be patient.

Excellent learning curve

My experience grew within the company. Had an excellent working relationship with my colleagues and staff. We all respected each other. I enjoyed data capturing very much. Was when the equipment was working against us.

Multiple job functions when working for a small company.

I have learnt a lot at the company from management to construction and maintainance. The other employees were most of the time pleasant to work with but we all have our off days in a small office. The best part of the job was travelling. Troubeshoot field issues is what really got me motivated.

Pros: Company vehicle and petrol
Cons: After hours work
