Promote Logistics from a pedestrian process department to an integral partner in an organisation.

- - A - - 1 Check attendance and vehicle & machine checklists (ensure all in working order) Review previous day’s performance in terms of outstanding actions, on time delivery, late containers, stock levels and housekeeping. - 2 Have a very good rapport with co-workers. Clear communication in relation to job expectations. - 3 Positives: Not much Negatives: Lack of meetings by Plant manager. No forum to highlight problems/potential problems. Lack of transparency - 4 Identifying opportunities to for improvement. Changing the mind-set of operators. - 5 Trying to convert robust thinking approach of management (Plant Manager) Trying to improve and save costs without access to cost information. Aspirations to convert to a Lean approach without management approval.

Pros: Much to improve.

Good working environment for learning new things

It's good company for working with flexible schedules and working hours getting to know the ins and outs of business and how to deal customers and giving out quality service to customers of the company

Hi am Nhlamulo Maluleke am 27 year old I work as an operator at fletex fehrer am am busy doing N5 in Human Resource management am looking for this cause I know the job and I work hard learn fast I know to communicate I believe that you will be happy to work with me

Pros: its not easy to get promostion no growth that's why I need a new job
Cons: we work shift hours day we work 7:00 am - knock off at 17:00mp when we work night shift we starting working at 18:00mp - 06:00am
