Good learning curve

I am basically here for a leanership and will be leaving at the end of the year. I work for 8 hours and 45 minutes per day and i earn a stipend of R3500 per month. I am a very friendly person therefore i have a good relationship with my colleagues but... I learnt how to issue stock capture invoices, Creating Parts on the EAM and ERP System & doing Part changes. • Researching prices and parts. • Controlling Minimum Maximum quantities of parts on the • EAM and ERP system as well as changing and updating of • prices • Receiving, issuing, pass-out documentation credit notes & processing invoices. • Interacting with Suppliers. • BBBEE uploads and updates of Affidavits • Dealing with General, Supplier, & Factory queries. at the beginning it was very difficult for me to engage to the workplace because people weren't willing to help me but as time went by i learnt a lot of thing

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day involves various deadlines from Head Office and following up with the various business units for their deliverable items and reviewing these once received. It also involves banking, checking of VAT and tax and vendor information. My relationship with co-workers is very good, with my seniors and well as people working under me. I am able to delegate well to my juniors and I am able to take instructions well from my seniors. I have learnt new excel skills, I have also learnt a lot about group reporting and presentations. I have learnt how to respond to queries from SARS on tax and VAT issues. I enjoy financial reporting the most. Sometimes getting information from the business units become difficult, especially when there are conflicting deadlines for everyone.

i am very good in cip,people management .cost reduction.increase profit margins and increase in KPI's I have strong Team Leadership skills. I played a key leadership roll in the first-time application of continuous improvements methods including workers in the day to day management and improving working conditions and cost saving drives, and in the development of highly effective employee empowered work teams. My efforts have contributed significantly to building strong, positive relationships with key customers and have served to solidify our standing as a highly valued supplier both in services and quality

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is to ensure that tasks are completed, ensure forms are functioning correctly, develop forms and support users. My relationship with co-workers must be good one because users can switch from user to someone you report to because projects come to me directly. I have learnt to trust that I can easily rise to any occasion and that pressures and stresses don't phase my ability to perform. What I enjoyed most is that I had creative freedom. Most challenging part of the job is to work in such a way that it allows you to always save the company money while making the least amount of mistakes..in the shortest amount of time

Excellentt learning curve

I regard myself as a team player who is target driven and utilize my emotional maturity to see through the problems and provide solutions. Above all else I am devoted, self-motivated and trustworthy. I have a knack for taking risks that result in realistic rewards for me and project at hand. I pay attention to ensure accuracy, having the ability to function well under pressure and uphold discretion and confidentiality at all times. This is a great opportunity for me to put my theoretical and practical knowledge into practice and serve to the company’s interests.

Pros: Good experience and many learning points.
Cons: They are not willing to pay for what you are worth.

I'm fast learner a team player and panctual

I like working at Feltex but the problem is very far from home so I have to spend half of my salary on transport . In side the premises it a good environment for for working we get along very well with my colleagues and the staff from the plants and the management also not doing bad at their job tex

Pros: It a great company if you still want further your studies
Cons: It very far from home and the salary is not good

Great learning experience

The environment is intense really requires someone with some steel for nerves. Slow start but overwhelming underpaying, under appreciation when you leave you will have a greeter understanding and respect for all your other jobs.

Its a very challenging organisation especially for someone who started as an Intern, but truly speaking, i am enjoying myself and the pressure is building me well.

Fast, learner and hard working personal. Can work independently most of the time

FAULwe do fault finding and plant maintenance, stand-by duties and planned maintenance on machinery. Also daily checks on machinery. On top of that I am a safety representative for the company and the workshopT FINDING, PLANNED MAINTENANCE AND STAND-BY DUTIES

Pros: I would see myself in management position the next five years, and that's a win situation for any company to have a person who thinks and do thinks like me... In management position
Cons: Can cope very well with long hours and due dates, cause I have worked on shift for few years
