Excellent learning curve..though growth is very limited.
I run a coffee shop at private hospital..and I work with two great groups whom are my co-workers. Its really nice working with em..because I get a chance to know them in time..as to how they think..their different believes and all..as they come from different tribes and nations. I have learnt a lot from my job..especially when it comes to booking and filing..and off duty related things, I get to meeting different people and learn different things from my customers..as i run a coffee shop. I think the most challenging thing about my job is having to work with money..and having to deal with different emotions from both customers and co-workers..but since am growing from it.. I'm starting to adjust from it all.
Pros: I given a permanent post only after 6 months..which very exciting.
Cons: Having to work a 12 hour shift is not nice at all.

Exellent learning
working at Fedics is good . and I have learn lots and I'm proud of who I am now .My relationship with workers is very good as am so calm and good in communicating with staff. I have learn how to run a business as a whole and being my own boss. I mostly enjoy my performance because I never make loss and I reach all my target for 5yrs. the most challenge that I have is my salary ,benefit, working shift

Very good
I'm a hard working person, who is willing to work extra mile, I love challenges and can do better, I'm always on time and willing to learn new things every day. I can work with people and enjoy that, the most challenging part at fedics is when other units make more profit than mine, I would make sure that I make more profit than them and make sure that my gross profit is also high at least 28% of gp
