I enjoy working at federal mogula becuase of the culture and the way people support each other.

A typical day at work starts with me capturing OEE for the three machines in the warehouse so as to keep track of how they doing and also document the problems they have in order to find solutions. I'm also responsible for time studies, 5s, milk run and space optimization in the warehouse. In theses few months I have been working at Federal Mogul I have learnt how to manage projects from start to finish, how to interact with customers and suppliers and also how to work with people from different ethnic groups. What I enjoy about working here is that I have the freedom to make decisions and also lead fro the front. The most challenging task has been the milk run because suppliers come and go as they please, so I had to change that so that they adhere to the times that I want them to come on site and also conducting time studies because the three machines we have had no standard times and operators were reluctant to cooperate.

Excellent support and opportunities to learn.

My experience with the company i currently work for has been excellent. Employees withing the company are extremely supportive, as well as management, and contribute immensely towards future development. There are new challenges everyday which provides me with the opportunity to utilize all of my skills. There are systematic problem solving approaches which we take to address issues and once we have conquered major problems, we celebrate as a team.

Pros: Great opportunities to learn from people and excellent support from management.
Cons: Slow growth within company in terms of job positions.
