Still learning to proudly sell used cars

It is like my second family, I get along with all my colleagues and we have a good relationship. The most challenging part is when vehicles are brought back for some reasons, they get fixed and whatever the amount will be charged from sales person's salary.

Pros: Easy to sell because prices are low
Cons: Not guaranteed

I get along with all staff members and have good working relationship with everybody.

Great company to work for. I have learned a lot in a short space of time. At this company, I entered an new working environment, but was given the opportunity in a new industry.

Pros: Commission structure is best in the industry.
Cons: Industry is sensitive to economy changes.
