How data works and how to capture sim cards.

I have a great manager who supports and have patience. - I have learnt how to capture data and information about the networks and how make sim swaps. -the most challenging aspects of this job is when a customer can't explain his or her problem properly and now you make a mistake then you pay for your mistake in your wages.

Pros: Great opportunity for working with Internet, associating with new customers everyday.
Cons: Long hours.
