Excellent exposure and learning

It has been rollercoaster moment I am spending at FDR Primary. I work as a webmaster and Computer literacy(IT) teacher. I started school website from scratch and I update it quarterly. Besides teaching learners basic computer skills but I am more encouraged by few learners taught to be junior coders. I have assisted my colleagues when ever they need help with some computer skills. Even though I feel the environment is limiting but I have been able to put my skills in good use.

Excellent exposure and learning.Good starting point

I had an opportunity to link education and training knowledge with my ICT skills. I integrate office suite skills and school curriculum in order to give context to Computer literacy teaching. It also makes me proud to see some of learners showing some basic programming skills. I have been able to develop skills of some of my colleagues. It also gives me context to practice programming by design application for the sector.

I am IT teacher and web content developer of school website. I integrate IT skills with specific subjects. That enables me to interact and have professional relationship with my colleagues. I have learned that ICT is an important integral part of learning and teaching.

Pros: Oportunity to impart computer skills to kids
Cons: My advance knowdledge makes teaching boring

I have been give and interesting task of being a webmaster and system administrator. .

I love computers and coding.Primarily I am a teacher by profession and studied few programming languages. This came as result of my awareness of importance ICT as tool in teaching and learning enviroment. I currently work as system administrator and webmaster.This entails working with database, updating school website, teaching Computer literacy and Coderdojo program to kids. Time management and teaching new kids who never touch a computer before are few of challenging aspects of my job.

Excellent exposure and learning

Excellent working environment. I make significant contribution into the lives of my learners. I regard myself as a key human resource, as I am teaching subject of the future id.est Computer Literacy(IT). It am also a system administrator with responsibility of making reports. I am, however, limited it terms challenges and I would like to enlarge scope of my knowledge application. Hence it can only be relevant to seek different environment.
