Learning patience and keeping calm

Systematic and routine based. Understanding and calmness at the order of the day. Strained relationship with one co-worker due to cultural differences in the day to day workings of the corporate world. I learned patience and willingness to listen solves most problems before they arise and that communication is extremely important. I enjoyed the relaxed yet corporate atmosphere and the trust and faith the owner has in his employees. Biggest challenge trying to understand the reasoning and way of thought of coworkers in a small but versatile environment.

Good learning environment

I'm easy to adapt to new people and environment, I can work as an individual and also as a team player, I learn fast and I like challenges because they make me think out of the box. I process suppliers invoice, do the reconciliation, VAT calculations,

Hard worker

Maxine is an expert at performing complex typing tasks, clerical functions and general office duties. I enjoy keeping things in order, likes working in a busy office environment and is very good at using equipment such as printers, photocopiers and fax machines. Possessing superb communication skills means i can confidently handle people and situations without getting flustered or impatient. In the past i worked in industrial offices. Right now, i keen to work in a role where i must carry out varied administrative tasks that will keep me busy and stimulated

Pros: Responsible for working in a busy, open area office
Cons: Ability to maintain self-control and complete tasks with frequent interruptions
