Job activities

A typical work day starts at 8 am and finishes between 6 and 7 pm. The day consists of regular interaction between my team (2 x brand managers, PR Manager, Events Manager and marketing assistant) and the four agencies that we currently have. Ensuring that MD/CEO are constantly up to date is obviously also a key part of my responsibility. My relationship with me fellow exec and team is very good. Time is taken up in my day to ensure that all relevant parties are constantly kept up to date. What I enjoy most are meetings that lead to action points that leads to output in line with the strategy.

Pros: start of the rebirth of the organization
Cons: Limited opportunity for growth.

Excellent learning curve

Fantastic performance management system Good corporate culture Transformations agenda is on the right track A lot of employees have worked for the Company for one which shows that they are loyal to the Company. Great vehicle brands. The Company has an on-site clinic, doctor comes twice a week and the nurse is stationed at the clinic from Monday to Thursday.

Pros: Opportunity to travel overseas
Cons: Long hours
