Excellent driving

I work 8 hours. Monday to Friday. After 8 hours the company book it as an overtime. We work as a team, respecting each other. We work not under any supervision. The management just give us job descriptions. I learned that working as a team is good because it's easy to overcome challenges. I enjoy to drive long distance. The most hard challenge it's when I meet a rude customer.

Pros: I would love to be a driver trainer

Good learning platform

It's a typical company with good working environment. All employees get along with eachother. Great learning experiences. But there comes a time for greater opportunities and spread your wings to gain better opportunities.

I am a hard work and can work under pressure. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I am a fast learn and I respect people, I enjoy everything at work (my job)

Good learning Enviroment

My ideal working environment is one where there's a good sense of team spirit. A strong work ethic is obviously important but the human side is also important. I enjoy working with people who have a decent sense of humour and who, while they might take their work very seriously, don't necessarily take themselves overly seriously! I like people who are down to earth but who have a dynamic and progressive approach to their work. I really enjoy working as part of a highly committed and professional team.

Cons: working long hours during the week and weekends
