• Currently working as project manager for a Mechanical and Electrical installation project. • The work experience acquired as an engineer and Project Manager supplemented by my educational qualification i.e. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and Advanced business Program qualification taught me good organization and planning skills, financial management skills, project management skills, managing time effectively, prioritizing, functioning independently and effectively even under pressure and also participating in a team if required, showing initiative, good human relation skills as well as being able to adopt diplomacy where necessary. • It has further taught me the manner to tactfully deal with diversity in an organization.

Exellent lerning curve

This company has helped me a lot regarding my education and skills development and experience. - i worked as an administrator - i worked also as a data capture - i worked as driver - i also worked as supevisor - and i have worked as arecords manager I have gained a lot of eperience im able to work and absorb preassure and can manage preture

Dedicated team player

Fastmove is an Engineering construction company specialising in Electrical and Mechanical installations. We typically install or build equipment to client specs. We have done substations for Eskom , Prasa Department of public works department of defence and many city councils. I have managed to build a strong results centred team that respects me. In all the Projects I have completed I have learnt a lot in regards to safety and quality requirements. The most enjoyable part of the job is to interact with different kinds of customers and clients. However the changing economic climate has always been a challenge in so far as completing projects on time and within budget.

Pros: Great training ground for bussiness skills
Cons: opportunities for growth are limited

Excellent working experience

Good working conditions, good employees, good for experience purposes. The company does a lot of different types of electrical work which gives employees experience on different types of electrical working environment, from low voltage to high voltage

Excellent learning curve

The company has minimal growth and lacks balance not organized and does not make you optimistic about your career path. But on the positive you do learn all the trades in the building environment and it (the company) equips you with a ton amount of skill. The pay is not balanced between employees (your jnr could be earning more than you)

Quickly adapt to changes

Maintenance fitting. Fault finding. Identifying root cause and fixing. Accurate on measuring and machining on centre lathe and milling machine. Experience in food processing plant. Roller milling machines. Bakery machines , high speed mixers, sweets and biscuits wrapping machines . Rubber moulding machine and machining moulding dies. Coal fired steam boilers,heat transfer machines , hospital kitchens equipment and Laundry

Pros: good at identifying fault and solving them
Cons: hard working Friday
