Site Secreterial experience

I enjoy working with my boss he has the spirit of humility, you can learn a lot from him. Wednesdays are typical days at my work cause of meetings that are too demanding of my attention. I relate very well with my co-workers I have made it clear to my self that they are not my friends but colloquies. I have learn a lot of things in this industry, my first time I didn't have any clue about construction industry. currently I have ideas of electrical installations, mechanical installations (HVAC), shelving installations and document management in a big environment, etc.. When a lot of people are at my desk all demanding my for my help at same time.

Pros: Good working experience accomulated in this company
Cons: The company may relocate you anytime anywhere in the coutry far from your family

Excellent working conditions

The company is good for experience purposes, it has a umber of projects dealing with different types of electricity, but there's no bonus at this company.

Good learning curve

I am currently a safety management student, working in my company has given me the clear picture of how it is to work in a highly recommended industry that respects safety, as a student i am learning daily on how safety is handled and where it is needed. Working with people of different types has given me the opportunity to know the limitations of my patientce in a way to understand that people have different characters and therefore they may be treated equally but everyone is different, i enjoy the self independency of gaining experience aswell as making money all at once.Thank you

-Review Programme based on resources. plant and material. -Allocate and monitor plant, resources per work schedule. - Handle contractual matters with ease eg Claims. -Mitigate and enforce Safety Regulations. - Manage Quality and accelerate where necessary. -Work within Budget and flag potential areas that benefit the Company. -Good communicator. -Work under pressure. -Self driven to achieve goals.

Excellent

I work independtly making decisions and integrating with other teams. The client is the boss; i ensure that time lines, quality and costs are managed in order to complete works within budget. I enjoy planning and implementation of plans; mentoring subordinates and leading team I have learnt a lot on designs; project scope management; and execution monitoring. The most challenging part of my job is following up payments from clients and to get suppliers paid on time.

Valuable impact team player

At Fastmove we basically execute Projects such as power lines substations renovations new buildings etc. Currently we are busy with water pumping stations and waste water treatment plants. My role mostly is to coordinate Project Engineering concerns. I ensure adherence to standards and in due course I have learnt valuable lessons ion meeting targets and within specifications. The biggest challenge in my current job is procurement. I am not in charge of that department and at times meetings targets when necessary materials have not been sourced is a major problem
