Great experience and exposure in this field due to my position.

Its fun and exciting. In and out of the office makes it interesting due to the fact we have to go and meet clients face to face. All the staff and co-workers have a good relationship and understanding with mutual respect. No one is more superior and everyone treats the next person the same. I have learnt responsibility on a big scale as well as leadership skills and working under pressure. I enjoy being at work surrounded by my collegues working together and achieving success each day that passes. The most challenging aspect is having to look after all the staff and also make sure there is order and everything is unde control. Meeting deadlines and pushing for sales is almost the most important and challenging aspect
