Good

Get to work work n constantly on my desk just doing my work. Relationships with Co workers is good there's communication since it's a open plan. Learned not to interfere in office politics n just do Wat I'm employed to do n serve to my best ability. I enjoy when we have team-building and when client appreciates my work. The good feed back I get from clients.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours it's tiring

Corroborative Leader

I used the corroborative approach in working with the team where I allow the team to assist me as the Head of Finance to display their innovation, but I play the leadership role to guide the team. I ensure a good working relationship with the clients to the CFO office and ensure that relevant rule and regulations are adhered to.

Pros: Opportunity to share my skills and help improve controls and governance in the institution
Cons: Challenge with reluctance to cooperate with CFO office by other manager who are clients to CFO Office.
