A typical day is unpredictable as anything unplanned can totally derail the day's planning so plans should be in place at any time. I have a relatively good relationship with my colleagues and we are constantly in contact with each other pertaining business requirements and any uncertainty that requires clarity. As a store manager I have found that this brand is the less intricate than those I have worked for before with more autonomy as a senior.

Overview
The company has great potential to gain market share as the brand is directed at the youth to the college student as well as both career driven and oversized women not forgetting kids and men's either. The most challenging part of my job upon joining was getting to know the various concepts which was identified by "material and label" which took time especially considering the 1000s of products we have to deal with. A plan in a day at Forever21 can easily be disrupted with last minute deadlines which are given immediately due to the fact that it is a fast fashion brand and product are to sell thru quick. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and co-workers and usually get the work done thru them timeously.
