I work as sales consultant is a big fashion/retail company who has around 200 employees. It has more than five branches we dealing with international brands or fashion. I have work there as contract.

Pros: That was the good company with good management.
Cons: We were working according to the demand. The higher the demand the more hours we work

The company give you the opportunity to learn about the busniess.

The working hours are very long and sometimes ayou are not getting paid for those hours . The workers are very great to work with as we help each each other as a team and as as store management. the time.. . The stock that we used to get helped is to give out our best in merchandising an knowing the floor of the store. In each and every business there is growth in it and be able to learn more about the company and busniess .

Pros: There is an opportunity to growth
Cons: So much pressure from senior managers
