I studied management assistant n4-n6 and i have diploma in computer literacy

i am willing to learn more as i am a fast learner and ready to face the challenges.i am i young intelligent lady with self respect and respect other people, i am used to the work environment how to cope with work and other personal things.i am able to work under a lot of pressure. because i have did that before

Pros: i think excellence and pecience is the only lead to success
Cons: i am already working long hours that won't be an issue for me

Taking Qcs to trainings

Working as a team to achieve the companies goal, starting to work in time enjoying your job, understanding the reason of being a quality control. Taken to internal audit trainings attending workshops. The most challenging and exciting part for me is when we have Woolworths Auditors everything they need to know must be answered by the Qc. Wat I've learned is that a Qc is like a police so everything that the production ppl do must be inspected by the Qc normally if they are doing something they don't want to admit and remember a Qc can't let products to be packed if the quality is not good.

Pros: The great oppotunities are that the more the company promotes the more work we have and employees jobs are safe.
Cons: we use to work normal hours, after 8 hours its over time.

Excellent learning towards winning strategic

A work that has a challenge daily. Always motivate my staff. Set goals every task daily. Working together as a team. When we strangle to find a good product.
