Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work would start off by immediately calling clients. Staff keep to themselves due to having a target to reach and having to be self disciplined nobody micromanages the staff... basically what you put in is what you get out. I have obtained great negotiating skills and enjoy the fact that we able to work independently and the working hours are flexible. The most challenging part about working for the company is language barriers between myself and clients.

Excellent learning curve

Tracing and collections agent,liase with clients regarding the balance outstanding on the account,update the client's fica details should there be a need to uplift the asset.

Learning new things everyday

Call clients for arrears account, ptp arrangements,follow up on brokens,update client information regarding their account on the system. We also trace and respond to their complaints and also communicate with our client's via email's!

Good communication skill

Having to work for farmacres was really a learning curve simply because i have dealt with my coworkers with various mind and i was worth it simply because i learned a lot from them. I enjoy working invidually and if need be i cooperate well with my team (collegues). I enjoyed so much working with individual mindset that set out to take our company's name to the top. However i encounted dealing with different clients that are likely being bossy so well because it was how i handled them and putting their needs first.
