I'm a hard work who love people and most of people when I work with them says the way I work I will make them to be fired.I have good relationship with them because they know me I'm friendly to them no matter is your first day you will feel Welcome. I have learn that ur client's are always right and you have to be calm when they call you. I have enjoy work with different race and some of them didn't know English but we have work very good. Challenge's is when someone call and cannot speak English and speak his home language we can't understand each other
