Excellent learning Institution

Excellent place to be at when you are fresh from tertiary ary gives you the necessary experience. You get to meet different conditions and how to treat and manage them. I work as a shift leader in mixed ward gynae and surgical cases, I get to see injured, cancer, bleeding and incomplete abortions patients , But since it's a regional hospital some if the severe conditions are not treated they're being referred to larger hospital so you don't see how their managed. Interms of staff management and skills development it's a good place to start in.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and develop to a certain extent
Cons: Overcrowding of patients and less staff members

It has been a good learning curve. Being able to be a team player and woeking under pressure.

Working relationship with co workers was great. We were a good working tean. We faced challenges as a team in order to save and preserve life. Had good relationships with my senior and managers.

Pros: Good opportunity for experience and learning. Upgrading my skills.
Cons: Working with too many patients and not having material resources

I am an ambitious, analytical, open-minded and creative graduate who enjoys working with computers. I am pessionate about IT. I am a fast learner who possess good communication skills and have a willingness to learn with strong deduction to qualify output.

Great opportunity to work with mother and child and for experience in research
