Excellent Learning Curve

It is a learnig curve to work at Fanrpan for any South African as the company is an International Seceretariate for 18 African Countries on the Agriculture and Policy Advocacy Sector , employing researches from countries like i.e Zimbabwe, Nairobi and Ethiopia. I am head of logistics in the and Admin department working closely with Finance doing daily bank errands, trip recon , cash book management, accounting to balance sheet. My relationship with the rest of the team is perfect we work well and i have to know everyone since am the only logistics person . i have leanerd patience,tolarance, work ethic, honesty at all costs , the value of reliability to the organisation . i enjoy the travels i get to do at work . most challenging espect of the job is the be on time everytime everywhere since am ground logistic its hard predict traffic/accidents on the road.

Excellent learning curve

One learns how to work with different types or nationalities and genders from all African countries , work along side other NGO's government entities and private companies .Advance skills across the admin and Financial sector, understand and apply work ethics whiles practicing moral and human value in a work place respect for other colleagues and maintain ingtergrity.
