I gained a lot

I Started working at Falsebay TVET College on the 02 may 2017 my internship end on the 31 may 2018, working at Falsebay TVET College really made me grew, I gained a lot in terms of experience and knowledge. working with HR team it is a best moment ever, we working as a team,interact with each other. As a HR Assistant (Recruitment and selection) I learnt a lot in terms of answering phones, responding candidates enquiries, calling them for interviews the one that are shortlisted, Falsebay TVET College really did grow me.

Excellent

I am a self drive very motivated to work with people and enjoy sharing and getting ideas, I'm very open to learning and love to read do research programmers from time and again I believe in myself greatly and do with the most capability I know how just about anything I set my mind to.

Pros: It is the unfortunate circumstances where we have had to deal with pupils coming from disadvantaged families where they don't have food at home sufficient clothing for winter and concentration then in class becomes a challenge when you deal with frustrated individuals who know not where their next meal will be coming from.
Cons: Working for a company that supports staff members with almost all the necessary resources needed to get the job done for the improvement of its productivity at its best.

With the salary I am earning, it makes me not to grow and manage to financilly support my family.

Conditions are not favourable as you are being rated by the performance of the learners pass rate. I am a dedicated person and I deal with the learners who are not dedicated. I do enjoy what I am doing but the salary scale is not as good as I used to earn from industry.

Pros: Taking the lead makes me to grow as a person and prove my capability
Cons: Working for log hours is not challenging to me but shows dedication and committment.
