Excellent learning curve.

One of the best place to work and learn as they have the facilities . They have policies to empower you through education and training. I trained apprentice students and also got trained. Worked with the best team.

Excellent intrepretative, listening and communication skill

I have a good communication skill which helps me working with customers, team members and executives. I also love working with different people because they give me challenges of which I like to deal with challenges

Marketing

On an average day, social media platforms need to be checked and if need be, content to be developed. At any time, a request for project support will land in your inbox for a mailer, invite or new brochure to be developed. Most times projects are not even briefed properly. Campaigns are developed and re-worked and reverted back to original specs at least 4 times before signed off. Resulting in frustrating procurement processes as advertising costs and timelines are constantly adjusted. Reporting needs to be done on a weekly and monthly basis Meetings are called/canceled at any time, regardless of commitments

Pros: Great office hours
Cons: Hierarchical culture
