Lot of challenges

I have learned a lot at Falcon like signage materials , working with the customers and the most impotent thing is team work. What I like a is the challenges everyday I learn different things everyday Falcon is the big company

I enjoy every moment I entered my company

Falcon is a PTY LTD company, this company contains of more than 100 employees, it is the company that gives employees opportunity to learn, and it teaches people to work as a team, falcon accommodates all kind of people's(🌈) nations,. The company allow all workers to explore themselves. It trains its staff too. The most challenge I experienced in Falcon is : the punctuality.

Great Sales Experience

A supplier os signage materials that cater to the signage industry, a typical day is incredibly busy, phone calls, counter sales and answering emails. Also ensuring orders are sent out in a timeously manner and ensuring cod payments are collected. After a sales course donw with The Ying Yang of sales, cold calling and upselling has become very easy to do. I enjoy working with customers, all different in their own unique way and expect different behaviour from me as their sales person. We have a great team that work together and always willing to help each other learn and grow. The most challenging aspect is the struggle of stock availability and try to find an alternative that could work for the customer when stock runs out.

Cons: No financial growth whatsoever
