Limited growth

High stress full job with top management not really involved in supporting middle management and and people at the branch level. I have learned to improvise in order to resolve customer complaints, to use creative ways in training my manager because there are no set standard guidelines . I really enjoy when things are done, when issues with stock and customers are resolved , I get the most satisfaction when people are empowered and get promoted within the company

The company overall is a good company with lots of growth potential. You can start off as a general worker and work your way up to manager. Training is offered .

I've gain a lot while I was working at fair price

When they hired me at fair price I was the cleaner and after some time they gave me opportunity to become a cashier not only a cashier they also told me to try my luck to become a manager , my qualification shows them that I can be a manager to their shop.

Pros: They were big opportunity to promote me
Cons: We used to work 8 hours no overtime

Good learning example

I'ts a great place to grow as a young professional, because you get given new responsibilities almost yearly . the staff in general is of decent temparment, the big down side is there is no fair conpensation for the amount of work you will be doing. and a lot of nepotism and relion based dicrimination
