Excellent learning curve(learnt to be independent)

Its very challenging sometimes because ,I must work around turn around times. Especially when there is absenteeism in our department. Its hard work but we work around it with my other co-workers. Enjoying working on my own, without any supervision.

I learnt a lot about customer service

Attending to plus minus 100 clients a day. Great colleagues. Learnt a great deal about customer service. I enjoyed being able to help those in need and actually managing to solve their issues. The challenging part is when i am unable to assist the client because of policies etc

Pros: it was a lovely working environment
Cons: stressful

Amazing team mates openness great management where transparency is part of culture Unlimited growth opportunities. Working with people of different cultures and lifestyles Learnt to respect and stay professional in all aspects as clients are at times not happy with their affordability in lashes out on us.
