Excellent learning curve, excellent experience

- Establish and maintain the Quality management system - Assisting customers on a technical basis in formulating their current products and developing new products as well as implementing quality control and production procedures. - Control and maintain laboratory and technical staff - Part of the New product development team - I maintain a supplier evaluation program by obtaining various information from suppliers such as supplier evaluation questionnaires as well as rating suppliers based on their accreditation etc. - Keep a list of all approved suppliers for ingredients and packaging - Maintain all product and ingredient specifications and make sure they are updated when required

Pros: Excellent promotion opportunity, good experience, good working team, flexible
Cons: Long working hours, too much work to conduct in one day, underpayed, no leave at all times.

Well established work environment

It is a good work evironment , the co workers are friendly and very helpful. there is a very good culture that has grown very well during the years that i have worked .

It a good learning experience

It a good working place n we get great opportunity. It well manned up well manned employees. All the way to the management it is a professional n will be glad to hear from them on my experience with them I'm happy to say they are good people.

VERY DIFFERENT PACE

CAPTURE RECEIPTS ON SAP. OVER SEE RECEIVING AND ADMIN STAFF. DO RECONCILIATIONS OF STOCK ITEMS. PHONE AFTER SUPPLIERS WHEN LATE WITH DELIVERIES. I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH CO WORKERS. LEARNT A LOT ABOUT THE COST OR MILK FROM WHEN IT LEAVES THE COWS UDDER TO ARRIVING ON THE SHELF FOR THE CONSUMER TO PURCHASE. THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF THE JOB IS MAKING SURE ALL THE GOODS ARE HERE ON TIME FOR PRODUCTION.

Learning curve

Not good pay for the hours and responsibility but other than that you learn alot about different trades the work space is a bit of a dog eat dog world lots of politics

Great family business with a lot of growth potential

My shift start at 4 PM every day as i only work night shift, we start with a meeting where we discuss challenges experienced the previous day if any. I have a good working relationship with my superiors as well as my subordinates. There is a great degree of mutual respect, I have learnt a lot of new things since this my first time experience in a Dairy company

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long hours including Public holidays since its a dairy company

Career growth

I have read the entire qualifications required by the company. So, I am applying for the job after considering the level of my exposure and skills, which is required to handle the job. As an Electrical and Electronics technician, I have good understanding of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. I have good knowledge about Circuit boards, processors, chips, PLC, SCADA, electronic equipment, and instrumentation measurements. Apart from technical knowledge, I have good problem solving ability and communication skills. I believe that if given the opportunity to serve I can make significant contribution to your company.
