At Faircity Mapungugwe we are a family. It is very nice to work here but can also be challenging with long work ours. We meet a lot of celebrities' My role is to assist all departments with HR issues, as well as staff wellness and awareness and payroll all other HR functions etc. . I work closely with the GM and we have a excellent working relationship. A typical day at work would be morning Meeting and then Meeting with departmental heads and HR work. A lot of laughter and fun as we go along. I have a very good relationship with all my co-workers. I have learned that team work always works and a positive attitude can make a huge difference. I Enjoy our staff functions mostly and the area of the Hotel. Most Challenging is not being able to give staff what I think they deserve as we have budget constraints.

Pros: No oppertunity for growth
Cons: Definitly long working hours and weekend Duty manager Shifts

Team player

Hard working , easy to work with , team player , flexible to work shifts , problem solver and can work with out any supervision. Willing and always want to learn more from other , with good both listening and communication skills .

Pros: Promotion would be an ideal . Given a chance
Cons: Double shift I can do
