Excellent troubleshooting skills

Provide Telephonic and remote assistance from the morning to stores that log a fault on logit system or phone the help desk and need assistance with pc or software related issues. Have a good relation the co worker's and learn from each other. Learnt how to administer and deploy Microsoft hyper V systems. Like to solve and find a resolution to complex pc issues.Find satisfaction joy when solving and helping a store that has pc and software issues.

Being on the road all day and doing deliveries. I drive with one guy and our relationship is great there are never disagreements between us because we work as a team. What have learnt from this job is to always work as a team to get things done quicker and to meet the targets given on a daily basis. I really enjoy being on the road all day. The most challenging aspect on being a Driver is that you always have to focus on the road and make sure that there are no distractions.

Fast-paced, competitive, captivating

Great, very competitive. You get to boost your confidence and become more outspoken as you get to interact with people on daily basis. You learn so much about people with different personalites, how to handle conflicts. There's also a lot of pressure and you need to be able to contain and maintain your emotions as customers can be a bit insensitive sometimes. Its a very fast-paced environment, so you need to be on your feet most of the time. You also work long hours, weekends and public holidays.

Good learning experience

My relationship with my co-workers was amazing because we had great times together at our work place by talking making jokes and,still get the job done. There wasn't really challenges at work the all one challenge i had was getting to work on time because I use to stay afar from my job. I enjoyed working as a team.

Hard worker,able to work overtime and able to under pressure
