Gaained knowledge and work experieence

i have a busy day, i handle production schedules, creating pivots using the company system. i have great co-workers, we always helping one another. i have lgained alot of knowledge and experience within m 4 years that i have worked here. the most challenging part of the job for me is : to try and get all the work done, wen deadlines are urgently requested to be brought forward.

Pros: great opportunity to learn and gain knowledge
Cons: sometimes lack of commnication which results in employees not knowing wht is needed of them

Fair Price - the name says it all - It's ''Fair''

I have gained immense knowledge of IR; CCMA, chairing and disciplinary hearings is just another day at the office. With every stride in this company we gain new knowledge and exposure. Our company enforces discipline and ensures punctuality and is fair when it comes to treating its employees. We are always required to work in teams and resolve problems as a business unit. The room to grow within the company is minimal, and the pay is usually the lowest in the market. Our company turnover is quiet high and a lot of people have come and gone due to the strong disciplinary processes and they use the company as a spring board to move on to another company as pay is a huge problem. No special treatment and the company does not appreciate/award loyalty. If you start today you will earn the same as me working here for years

Pros: Great exposure to HR, strong business acumen is developed, professional qualities are sharpened
Cons: minimal pay not equal to work done, too much bureaucracy, no room for growth
