Great exposure to life

The company has a lot of flexibility and tries hard to meet each professional at their level. Most are experienced professionals who are knowledgeable and in their specific fields. Some of the great lessons that I have learned are also my best life lessons: 1. Some people come in your life as blessings and others come as life lessons 2. when in doubt just take the next small step 3. Living honest and being honest with and about myself The work environment is flexible to better fit in with our family structures and to assist us(employees) to better manage and balance work/career and family. Most challenging aspects is the feeling that I am starting to stagnate, even with future plans. I am starting to not share the same vision or focus with the company.
