Excellent learning curve

it's a company were you have to know your work not allowed to use phone during working hours you cannot even answer some like to demotivate others but they are good to work with

Excellent learning curve

Fabkomp is a steel manufacturing company, our main customers are Mercedes-Benz and Eskom, we also got other small customers such as Isiringhosen, MA automotive, Rolling stock, Da Gama and other individuals. it has been a good learning curve for, i have been exposed in many big company that i have listed above, i have met and interacted with some special people from around and overseas. i have learned how to deal and satisfy customers as per their requirements. i have a good relationship with at least those who respect my feeling and value other people irrespective of the race and origin, over 100 employees in my company, i am known by everyone by name. the most challenging part of my job is when you got no much work to do it becomes stressing.
